FAQS

How do I book a session?

I book senior sessions up to 6 months in advance. I highly advise contacting me at least one month in advance to ensure availability. Just use the contact form on the Inquire page or email me directly at [email protected]. Once I receive your request, I will confirm the date with you, and then send you a welcome packet by email that contains a contract, wardrobe suggestions, and other important info regarding your upcoming session.

Why do you offer digital images instead of prints?

I want to give my clients the best images that I possibly can without charging an arm and a leg. There are many excellent places to print that are much cheaper than charging per image. I offer digital prints with full printing rights (including release form) because I want my clients to have the option of printing any image they like, wherever they like, whenever they like – even years later.

When and where do you shoot?

Decent light can make ordinary photos extraordinary, especially when shooting outside. So my preference is to shoot at sunrise or approximately two hours before sunset. I shoot at the location of your choice, but I can offer suggestions depending on the feel that you’re going for, if you’re unsure.

What are my payment options?

In order for me to reserve your time slot and date of choice, your session fee needs to be paid in full. I accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards (includes a small processing fee). Your session fee is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date should you choose to cancel your original session.

What about props?

I love when seniors get creative with their own props! It brings uniqueness and personal style into the pictures that I can’t replicate elsewhere. I encourage seniors to bring letterman jackets, sports equipment, college gear from their school of choice, or really any item that helps their personality shine!

When will I receive my images?

I am committed to having a short turnaround time. Your images will be edited, uploaded, and available for download via your online gallery no later than 2 weeks from your session date or your session fee will be returned to you in full.
